Prior to joining the Rawls Law Group, David was an attorney advisor for the Board of Veterans Appeals in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. With experience working with our veteran clients, David is an ardent advocate for our clients filing FTCA claims.

Tripp started his legal career in the Army JAG Corps with the 82nd Airborne Division, with work both at Fort Bragg and in Kandahar Afghanistan.  Tripp successfully prosecuted several cases, including a complex murder trial involving the rules of engagement.
